2024- Now
In June 2024, Clientell's website was transitioned from a developer-coded solution to a no-code platform using Framer. The redesign focused on improving SEO, enhancing UI/UX for better user engagement, and implementing a content strategy based on the TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU sales funnel framework. This approach aimed to attract Salesforce users and boost website traffic. By July, SEO optimizations were in place, followed by UI/UX improvements in August to drive more engagement. The project resulted in a significant increase in user sign-ups and traffic, validating the success of the design and strategic direction.
Salesforce users and professionals, including CRM administrators, sales managers, consultants, and developers, are the primary audience for Clientell’s website. They seek tools and resources that help optimize their use of Salesforce, improve productivity, and streamline their customer relationship management processes. This audience is focused on finding solutions that enhance their workflow, integrate seamlessly with Salesforce, and provide best practices to drive business success. They are typically looking for content and solutions that address specific challenges within the Salesforce ecosystem.
and everyone who uses salesforce.
Salesforce users and professionals need tools and resources that simplify the platform's complexity and save time. Given Salesforce’s intricate and time-consuming nature, they are looking for solutions that optimize workflows, automate tasks, and enhance efficiency. They seek seamless integrations, best practices, and support to navigate Salesforce’s challenges and drive business growth while minimizing the learning curve and manual effort involved in managing customer relationships.
Initial Launch: Focused on designing and developing the base website, prioritizing a quick launch with strong technical SEO to ensure search engine visibility.
Content Expansion: Planned to add new product pages and resource sections post-launch to attract more organic traffic and engage a wider audience.
Foundation Building: Aimed to establish a solid base with consistent organic traffic as the foundation for further optimizations.
Refinements: Worked on enhancing smaller elements like navigation and onboarding flows to improve user retention and increase scroll depth over time.
The Execution
I designed and developed the website in Framer, transitioning from a developer-coded environment to a no-code solution.
Implemented technical SEO by optimizing meta tags, alt text, sitemaps, and improving site speed to ensure the website was easily indexed by search engines.
Focused on responsive design to deliver a consistent experience across devices.
Old Website
New Website
Collaborated with the team to identify key product offerings and relevant topics for resource pages.
Designed pages to align with the TOFU (awareness), MOFU (consideration), and BOFU (decision) sales funnel stages, ensuring content catered to Salesforce users at all levels.
Enhanced page layouts with engaging visuals and intuitive structures, keeping user attention and encouraging exploration.
Once the base website was live and SEO improvements were implemented, I began tracking user behavior using tools like Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics, and Ahrefs.
Key metrics included traffic sources, heatmaps, session recordings, and scroll depth to understand how users were interacting with the site.
Based on the data, I identified friction points, such as confusing navigation or underperforming pages, and prioritized these for refinement.
Using insights from user behavior tracking, I redesigned the navigation structure to make it more intuitive and reduce drop-offs.
Improved the onboarding flow to guide users effectively, increasing user retention and engagement.
Adjusted page layouts and added micro-interactions to enhance the user experience and encourage deeper scrolling.
Added gamification to capture user attention and attain better user engagement.
Traffic Growth: The website saw a remarkable improvement in traffic, with a 103% increase in average monthly views, climbing from 2.8K before transitioning to Framer to 5.68K after implementation.
Improved Engagement: Engagement metrics showed significant progress, with average session duration increasing by 14.4% (from 25 to 28.6 seconds) and engaged sessions per user growing by 32.5%. This indicates that users were spending more time interacting with the content.
Stickiness: The stickiness ratio (DAU/MAU) improved from 4.8% before Framer to 5.48% after implementation, showcasing an increase in user retention and repeated engagement.
Seamless Maintenance: Transitioning the website to Framer enabled faster updates and agile iterations, reducing dependency on developers while achieving a 211% increase in event count, from 8.28K to 25.8K. This ensured a smoother experience for both users and the team.

The Clientell website redesign successfully combined no-code development, strategic SEO, and user-driven design to achieve significant growth in traffic, engagement, and conversions. By leveraging tools like Framer and analytics platforms, I delivered a scalable, high-performing website that meets both user needs and business objectives, demonstrating the value of iterative design and data-driven decisions.
This project deepened my understanding of content strategy, no-code development, and tracking metrics. I learned how aligning content with user needs drives engagement, while using Framer showcased the efficiency of no-code tools for seamless iterations. Tracking user behavior with tools like Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics taught me to make data-driven design decisions, reinforcing the importance of iterative improvements for better user experience and business outcomes.
