The Zipteams dashboard redesign aimed to resolve critical usability issues that were hindering the sales team's productivity. The previous dashboard was overloaded with data and lacked clarity, making it difficult for users to extract insights or take timely actions. My goal was to restructure the interface to prioritize clarity, introduce agentic insights, and streamline the overall user experience. Through thoughtful information architecture, cleaner visuals, and a focus on actionable metrics, the new dashboard empowers the sales team with better visibility and faster decision-making.
